I am experienced serving individuals and supporting mental health and effective coping with issues such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, and interpersonal relationships.

Responsible for providing counselling to help low-income clients empower themselves and guide each client’s progress. Adding value by contributing organizational skills as member of Committee Board with specific responsibilities

FEB 2017 - PRESENT
Responsible for supporting clients who experienced sexual abuse in early childhood or adolescence by providing one-to-one counselling. Help individuals in their healing through identifying barriers in relation to the abuse experience for growth and change.

Responsible for contributing to providing counselling for parents and teachers in relation to workplace and family issues. Helped promote the school counselling service by discussing with parents and other members of staff about the potential benefits of receiving help from professional counsellor.
